This pic is from day 13.

The applesauce is nasty and fermented and the apple appears fine still.

The applesauce is now pretty much fermented. The apple is fine.

Today I smelled the applesauce and I almost threw up. The apple seems fine, still.

This is the day 10 picture.

The applesauce is really nasty now, but the apple seems fine. It may be gross inside, but right now, it looks good.

This is from day 9.

The apple is still fine, and it really isn't that soft or mushy; it's pretty hard. The applesauce is still nasty, though.

The apple is looking alright still, but the sauce looks really gross (would you want to eat that?).

This is what the foods looked like after a week.

The applesauce is really looking gross and the apple is getting softer but still looks fine.
